Why are your face masks powdered?

Face masks are conventionally pre-mixed and contain water. The addition of water means that the product needs preservatives to prevent spoilage. Since our powder face masks contain dry ingredients that are activated only when you add water, the product stays fresh for as long as possible. Bonus: no unwanted preservatives and chemicals on your body, and you get to have fun being your own mixologist!

Once opened, how should I store the remaining product?

Product storage varies by product. For face masks, simply close the resealable envelope and keep the envelope in a cool, dry place - away from water. If you prefer, you can always transfer the powder to your own clean dry glass jar or reusable container of your choice.

How long will my skincare products last?

Because I formulate products without preservatives, I encourage you to use them right away. Products should be used within 6 months of delivery.

When will I receive my order?

All orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days from purchase - hopefully sooner! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey from me to you!

Where do you ship?

Currently, I ship products within the contiguous United States.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have any questions before you order, problems with shipping, or issues once you try the products, feel free to contact me. If you encounter issues with your order, please reach out within 20 days of purchase.
